My Services
Where I Can Help Your Business
I work with organisations, communities, and leaders when their systems or operations have become strained and when responsibility has concentrated on a few people, and continuing as is quietly creates more strain for its people and mission. This often shows up as a founder or leader carrying too much alone, a small team stretched way beyond capacity, or a situation that feels manageable on the surface but heavy underneath.
I provide short-term, senior-level operational support for founders, leaders, and organisations navigating real complexity, pressure, or transition. This doesn’t require a crisis or a large organisation, often it’s about catching something early, or pressure testing concepts and ideas. My role is to step in as a trusted and caring operating partner for a defined period of time, bringing clarity, structure, and follow-through where it’s most needed. The ability to hold attention and follow- through is my strongest skillset.
This work bridges business realities and human responsibility, especially where people are under-resourced or overlooked. It is hands-on and time-bound, grounded in real accountability. I stay close, do the work alongside you, and step away once there is enough clarity, support, and structure.
My work is about stabilisation, renewal, and responsible movement forward.

How I Support Businesses in Practice
I work across these operational and leadership areas, always in service of renewal:
1) Special Executive Projects
2) Fractional Leadership (COO / Operational Stewardship)
3) Strategic Advisory & Execution
4) Investor & Stakeholder Readiness
5) Operations During Difficult Transitions
6) Responsible Wind-Downs, Closure, Asset Mgmt
This is not coaching, or advisory-only work, or long-term consulting.
It is hands-on, time-bound work, applied where it’s most needed. I stay close and very involved until it is finished.
Where I Step In
This work is not always about acceleration. It’s also about stabilisation, renewal, and responsible movement forward. A transition — not a growth ladder

How We Can Work Together
I work through three engagement models, depending on urgency, complexity, and internal capacity. If you’re unsure whether your situation “qualifies,” that’s often a sign it’s worth a short conversation. The first step is simply to orient — not to commit.
Three Engagement Models
1) Assessment & Orientation
2) Scoped Engagement
3) Urgent Support
*Your first conversation is a free 30‑minute intro for each. Afterward, depending upon your need, it is either an hourly rate for hands-on + output content starting at €200 p/hr, or a engagement fee starting at €4000. Payments and invoicing are arranged after we speak.
Three Service Models
Assessment & Orientation
What it is
A focused entry point to bring clarity when things feel unclear, heavy, or stalled. Most engagements begin here. We take a clear look at what’s actually happening, where pressure is accumulating, and what decisions are being delayed. You’ll leave with a grounded assessment and concrete next steps — whether or not we continue working together.
How it works
- 30-minute working call, recorded
- Optional written assessment summary
When it’s a fit
When you need professional orientation before deciding and acting - whether or not we continue working together.
Price
Initial 30-min call: free
Written assessment: from €200
Scoped Engagements
What it is
My scoped work sits between the hard business requirements and human systems under strain. I’m often asked to step in, or needed when the work must continue—fundraising, building, delivery, restructuring, or closure—while the people carrying it are truly exhausted, fractured, or under-supported.
How it works
- Free 30-min initial call, followed by a paid for written scope assessment
- Clearly scoped, time-bound engagement
- Typically 4–12 weeks
- Longer durations possible
Typical focus areas include:
• cross-functional operations under real human strain
• true cost and transparent pricing structures
• operational execution, GTMs, launches, without burning out people
• transition and wind-downs handled with integrity and ethics
• business continuity held alongside the human reality
What defines it is not the stage, but the load: when business demands and human capacity are truly out of balance and unsustainable, and someone needs to understand and address both.
Ideal for
Founders, nonprofits, or small teams, finance teams, mission-driven family offices. This work shows up at many stages—early growth, maturity, crisis, or closure.
Fee
Project-based pricing
30-min initial call free + a paid for €400 written scope assessment
Engagements start from €4,000
Urgent Executive Support (24 - 48 Hour Turnaround)
What it is
Immediate, discreet senior-level operational support for situations that cannot wait. This is for leaders who need practical help now—not a project, not a proposal, and not another opinion.
I step in quickly to stabilise, assess, and move things forward when pressure is high and time is limited.
How it works
- No proposal
- No onboarding
- Quick assessment and action
- You reach out, I confirm the scope, and begin!
When it’s a fit
When you’re in the middle of something urgent, carrying it largely alone, and need experienced support to handle it now—before delay creates further risk.
Typical focus areas
• reviewing, untangling, urgent admin or operational mess for a critical meeting or deadline
• thinking through a situation you cannot see clearly
• risk assessment before you act
• preparing for a meeting or presentation
• help for other random executive things you just need help on because you are stretched too thin
Ideal for
Founders, executives, public-facing leaders, working parents, and nonprofit or community leaders—especially in disadvantaged or high-pressure settings—who need immediate, senior-level support completed (not another opinion). This work is for those carrying significant responsibility under pressure from time, finances, boards, investors, public scrutiny, or personal strain, and who need real work done now.
Fee:
Hourly rate: €300
(minimum 2 hours; designed for focused, urgent resolution)
Response time: Within 24 hours
Turnaround: Designed to resolve within 48
Format: Call (recorded, async review - what ever the situation needs
Custom Projects
Some work resists standard engagement structures and does not not fit in a box.
If you’re building something meaningful—or navigating complexity and struggle that requires structure and execution to come together quickly—I’m open to collaborating on Custom Projects at a founder, advisor or partner level.
This work often sits alongside early-stage mission and concepts, hard transitions, fundraising, co-development, or moments when complementary skills, ideas, and responsibility need to align. It is hands-on, senior-level work focused on producing immediate, usable value.
Custom Projects are not predefined services. They are shaped by the nature of the work, the people involved, and what the situation genuinely requires—held with care for both the business realities and the human load.
Want to work together?
I am open to co-building.
I’m open to co-building, advising, partnering, preparing, or launching concepts that don’t fit in a box. Custom Projects are best suited for founder-level needs, often connected to:
> Early-stage ideas and ventures
> Mission-driven organisations, nonprofits, or charities
> Fundraising or investor preparation
> Co-development, platform or product build-outs
> Entrepreneurial projects where shared skills and judgment matter
*Projects are scoped individually. For the right fit, I’m open to creative and equity-based compensation structures with mission-aligned, early-stage teams. If you have something in progress, or an idea you’re actively working on, send me a brief note and your working pitch. If it’s a good fit, we’ll determine the scope, structure, and compensation together.
FAQs
What do you not do?
I don’t offer coaching, therapy, self-help, manifestation or advisory-only consulting. I also don’t take on work that requires public exposure or performative change or performative optimism.
My work is practical, contained, and grounded in responsibility. If what’s needed is short-term, hands-on support, clarity, and follow-through — this is often a good fit.
What kind of work do you do?
I step in as a senior operating partner when systems are under strain and people are carrying more than they should alone.
That might involve stabilising operations, untangling administrative work, clarifying roles and decision-making, supporting a transition, preparing for scrutiny or fundraising, or helping close something responsibly. The common thread is this: the work matters, the load is real, and continuing as-is isn’t sustainable.
What is it like to work with you?
Calm, direct, and collaborative.
I stay close to the work, ask the questions that are often avoided, and help surface what needs attention without dramatising it. People often tell me it feels like they can finally relax from having a steady second set of hands and judgment in the room — especially when things feel heavy or unclear.
What can I expect if we work together?
You can expect:
- Calm, senior-level support
- Clear scope and boundaries
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Practical outcomes you can act on
- Someone who stays close until the work is done
How are projects scoped?
Each engagement is clearly scoped upfront. We define what is in, what is out, and what “done” looks like before any work begins. This keeps the work focused, contained, and respectful of everyone’s time and energy.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. I work internationally and across time zones.
Engagements are structured to be effective whether work is remote, hybrid, or partly on-site.
How does billing work?
The initial 30-minute conversation is free.
After that, work is either scoped as a short project with a fixed fee, or handled on an hourly basis for urgent or contained support. Billing is transparent, agreed in advance, and aligned with the nature of the work
Is this confidental?
Yes. Very. All work is handled with discretion and care.
Confidentiality is assumed, and formal NDAs can be put in place where appropriate.
How do I get started?
The first step is a brief conversation to understand your current siutation or project, and whether this work is a good fit.
You don’t need a polished brief, just a sense that something needs steadier support than you can carry alone.

Acknowledgements
You will never meet another person like Angela.
Her devotion and dedication to whatever she sets her mind to is truly rare. No matter the project or challenge — from board meetings and startup phases to analyzing spreadsheets, teaching yoga and leading programs, and building structures both physical and virtual — Angela shows up with the same level of focus, care, and integrity.
There is a quiet but really powerful strength in the way she leads. From a deeply humble place, she has created and curated multiple spaces for people to work, learn, and grow — yoga studios, communities, classes, workshops, virtual learning platforms, and teams behind the scenes who feel seen and really proud to be part of something meaningful.
She always goes the extra mile without asking for anything in return, always wanting the best outcome for everyone and believing in growth for the greater good.
Leading and creating change isn't something Angela does — it's who she is. Period. It's not learned. It's rooted in every part of her heart and spirit. After over 15 years of knowing and working with her, I can say without hesitation that she is a force to be reckoned with. Nobody does it like Angela.
Without Angela, I wouldn't be where I am today and I wouldn't be the person I am today either.
Hands-on leadership unlike anything I've ever seen.
I've built and run programs for brands like H&M, Björn Axén, Lululemon and Gartner Group — and nothing compared. Angela ran a complex operation with 50 staff, press teams, and 900+ attendees and everything was exceptionally well organised. Her kick-off meeting made such an impact. I had never experienced 50 hand-picked strangers listen and feel so capable of accomplishing every item on the agenda. I still use her format today. If the world collapses tomorrow, look for Angela to lead the way.
Best hire I ever made.
I hired Angela many years ago, early in her career, when she was still in university and working for a Fortune 500 company that happened to be one of our competitors. Even then, she stood out.
During the interview, she did something I hadn't seen before. She negotiated an arrangement where we would support her studies in exchange for a long-term commitment. It wasn't something we typically did, but she made a clear, reasonable case, and it proved to be a smart decision on our part.
Within a year, Angela took on a Transportation and Warehouse systems project no one else wanted. She led the upgrade to an IBM platform and, more importantly, got the organization to use it. The result was a more disciplined operation and one of our most profitable business units.
Transportation is a tough, male-dominated industry, and respect has to be earned. Angela earned it the hard way by speaking their language and not caving in. I'd hire her again if I wasn't retired.
Responsive and responsible.
Smart, responsive day or night. As a CFO, Angela is exactly the type of person you want to work with. She was organised, proactive, solution-oriented, and made clear decisions. Nothing lagged behind. She made financial modeling fun and seamless.
A natural born leader with a soul.
I've seen her fearlessly hold people and organisations accountable, navigate hard situations, tackle pushback head on, and reinforce ethics when others stayed silent. A real leader.
Genuine human compassion and follow-through.
I've always thought Angela just might change the world. You can feel her energy and dedication. She connects with people from all walks of life. Everyone feels it every time they meet her or work with her. If she says she will do something for you, she actually does it.
Remarkable intuition.
Angela has a unique skill which allows her to quickly cut through the nonsense. She has a remarkable intuition about people and business and an incredible work ethic. I was impressed by her meaningful and impactful changes in ways I did not expect. I would highly recommend her for any assignment.
