You know when a company's growing fast but everything behind the scenes is a mess — the governance, the strategy, the expectations, the projections? And too much responsibility has fallen on a handful of people running on fumes and goodwill alone? That's where I come in. I'm an operational strategist with a heart. My work builds on 25 years of working on the inside — beside founders, boards, charity, and capital.
Today, I'm focused on mission-driven initiatives that fully committed to radical transparency, ethical business practices, ethical AI, and governance that creates safe containers for the people inside them.
